Loud, Annoying People

You know what I hate? People who think what they are saying is important to everyone in the near proximity, so they feel the need to say it as loudly as possibly so everyone can hear.  And the reason they do this is because they think its funny, but what they dont understand is that their comments are not funny, they are annoying.  Sure, the comment may be funny at first, and I'll be the first one to admit that I've laughed at a few of them myself, but after a while it gets old, and these people just dont know when to stop.  They make comment after comment everywhere you go just for the sake of being disruptive, and you'd think they would take a hint and stop talking once people stop laughing and begin to glare.  But they continue, and you are left with the choice of ignoring the problem and just silently hating the person, or calling them out on their obnoxiousness with the risk of being called rude, and sometimes, even less friendly terms.  And why do we have to be put in situations like that when we arent the ones who are causing the problems?  I just wish that for once someone would have the guts to go up to them and say, "Hey you! Shut the heck up!"
